They would like YOU to experience Curzon Ashton for free.

This weekend, amid another international break, they are offering 4,000 free tickets to our match against North Ferriby United to local schools and community groups, in a bid to raise awareness of our football club.

We have been striving for years to bring more people through their gates and would love to show off their football club to you, the local people.

As it stands, they are the highest ranked football team in Tameside after achieving back-to-back promotions and a promising run of form in the Vanarama National League North.

The free tickets are available to people in the local community in Ashton-under-Lyne and surrounding areas.

Saturday’s game sees two play-off hopefuls take on each other – and they are using the day as a ‘Community Day’.

There will be a half-time penalty shootout, in which free season tickets are on offer.

Following the match, there will be a quiz in the Nash Bar, which is £1 to enter per person, with a maximum of four in one team. Prizes are on offer.

So if you want to experience proper football, drink beer on the terraces and get involved with one of the country’s fastest rising football clubs, let them know!

If you are local and interested in claiming a free ticket, e-mail [email protected] and they will arrange to deliver a ticket to your house over the next couple of days.

PLEASE NOTE: Free tickets will NOT be handed out on the day of the game. Please request your tickets by Thursday at the latest.
