Wildlife equipment stolen from Woodhead

Wildlife management equipment has been stolen from the Woodhead area of Glossop.

Over the last couple of months, from December 2016 to February, thieves gained access to moorland in the Woodhead area and made off with equipment which is used to manage wildlife.

Police have not disclosed what the equipment is or where it has been taken from.

Following the theft, officers from the Hadfield and Tintwistle Safer Neighbourhood Team are asking anyone who has information about the thefts or those responsible to get in touch.
