Glossop Market are looking for stallholders to get involved in this year’s Christmas Market.

The annual Holly and Ivy Festival will return to Glossop’s Outdoor Market on Saturday, November 25.

Some of the stalls are already filled, but organisers are hoping for more people to sign up to be part of the festive fun.

Suzanne Williamson, who has her own stall Narnia Furniture on the Indoor Market, said: “There are still a handful of stalls available. We want to hear people’s suggestions and see what we can do to accommodate them.

“We don’t want it to be too repetitive so we’re looking to offer as much variety as possible but we need to receive payment as soon as possible. The stalls we have so far include candles, photography and a bakery.”

It’s £10 for stallholders and they must be available from 8am to 8pm on the day to allow time to set up and pack up afterwards.

There will be a live band and a licensed bar, as well as other activities going on as traders pull out all the stops to make it a memorable occasion. More details will be revealed in due course.

If you are interested in having a stall on the Christmas Market, you can contact Market Manager Colin Deeley on 07794 768495 or speak to Kelly Jameson on the outdoor cafe.
